术后并发症发生率：切口感染6例，肺部感染3例，泌尿系统感染4例，左下肢深静脉血栓形成1例。
The morbidity of postoperative complication: incision infection in 6 cases, pneumonia in 3 cases, urethritis in 4 cases and left lower limbs deep venous thrombosis in 1 case.
结论：患肢局部溶栓可明显提高下肢深静脉血栓形成的治疗效果，且不增加出血等并发症的发生。
Conclusion: Focal thrombolysis on sick lower limb can obviously raise the effect and do not increase the complication incidence.
