平滑肌瘤是皮肤平滑肌细胞的良性肿瘤。可由血管平滑肌、立毛肌及乳房或阴囊的平滑肌发生而来。发病可能与遗传有关。平滑肌瘤分为单纯平滑肌瘤和血管平滑肌瘤。皮肤平滑肌瘤常发生于肢体伸侧或躯干，多发，直径小于2厘米，疼痛；外生殖器平滑肌瘤单发，无疼痛，包膜完好，直径可达15厘米，可位于皮下，肌束收缩时可出现剧烈疼痛，单发皮肤平滑肌瘤不易于复发。平滑肌瘤的治疗方法以手术切除为主。
