尺桡骨骨折是指尺骨干和桡骨干同时发生的骨折。由于局部特殊的解剖结构，骨折后易出现骨折错位，且维持固定较为困难，多见于青少年。直接、间接（传导或扭转）暴力均可造成尺桡骨干骨折。骨折后局部肿胀、疼痛，肢体畸形，前臂旋转功能障碍，完全骨折者可扪及摩擦音及骨擦音。
