在气管插管全麻下对26例寰枢椎骨折脱位的患者施行后路内固定植骨融合术。
Posterior internal fixation and bone grafting fusion were made on 26 patients with atlantoaxial fracture or dislocation in condition of tracheal intubation anesthesia.
结果寰椎异常旋转，其中，单纯旋转脱位5 例，伴寰椎或枢椎骨折5 例；
