外感六淫 中医把导致疾病的因素分四类，外因、内因、病理产物和其他病因。外因，即中医中的外感六淫就是风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火；内因就是我们的各种情绪：喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊；病理产物就是痰饮、淤血、结石等；其他病因包括外伤、虫兽咬伤以及烧烫伤等。
为了使其与外感六淫相区别，称为内风、内寒、内湿、内燥、内火。
