圣劳伦斯河（英语：Saint Lawrence River，法语：fleuve Saint-Laurent）是北美的一条河流，位于加拿大和美国境内。起源于安大略湖，流经蒙特利尔（加拿大境内）、魁北克市，在加斯佩地区注入大西洋的圣劳伦斯湾，连接美国明尼苏达州圣路易河的源头和加拿大东端通往大西洋的卡伯特海峡，流经北美内六约4,000公里(2,500哩)。圣罗伦斯水系对于美国和加拿大都有地理和经济上的极大重要性。
