固体分散体(soliddispersion)系指药物以分子、胶态、微晶等状态均匀分散在某一固态载体物质中所形成的分散体系。将药物制成固体分散体所采用的制剂技术称为固体分散技术。 80年代以来,也有应用一些水不溶性载体或难溶性材料作为药物的载体,阻止药物的释放,以达到缓释或控释的目的。用于该目的的材料有水不溶性聚合物,如乙基纤维素、邻苯二甲酸醋酸纤维素、聚丙烯酸树脂等;脂质物如胆固醇、棕榈酸甘油酯等。
目的应用固体分散技术,提高非洛地平的体外溶出度。
