商业登记费这是对在香港经营商业的单位和个人征收的一种税费。凡在香港经营的商业(包括按公司条例组成的公司及在香港设有营业地点的外国公司)都必须根据商业登记条例，在开始营业后的1个月内前往税务局下辖的商业登记处办理商业登记并按年缴纳登记费。 现行的《商业登记条例》(第310章)于1997年实施。
