  All cases were underwent surgery for the final diagnosis, including radical nephrectomy(25 cases), mere nephrectomy(17 cases), partially nephrectomy(35 cases),polar nephrectomy(4 cases). The pathological results included angiomyelolipoma(65 cases), fibrous tumor(4 cases), oncocytoma(3 cases),lipoma (2 cases)renal adenoma(1 case), metanephric adenoma(1 case).

  所有的病例均经过手术治疗,手术方式及病理结果如下:根治性肾切除术25例,单纯性肾切除术17例,肾部分切除术4例,肿瘤剜出术35例;肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤65例,肾纤维瘤4例,肾嗜酸性细胞瘤3例,肾脂肪瘤2例,肾腺瘤1例,后肾腺瘤1例。
