后牙反合是指上颌后牙咬合在下颌后牙舌侧的咬合异常。可见于乳牙列、替牙列和恒牙列，往往因上颌牙弓狭窄或上颌后牙舌侧倾斜所造成，少部分患者是由下颌牙弓过宽或下颌后牙颊侧倾斜引起。常由于上颌牙弓狭窄或上颌后牙舌侧倾斜所造成，少部分患者是由下颌牙弓过宽或下颌后牙颊侧倾斜引起。临床上，后牙反合可发生在单侧，也可以发生在双侧；可以表现为个别后牙反合，也可以是多数后牙反合。发生后牙反合可能咀嚼功能、牙周健康、颞下颌关节、面容以及生长发育造成影响。
结论：采用固定矫治器结合后牙垫高矫治反牙合具有矫治时间短，不依赖患者主动配合的优点。
Conclusion: treatment of anterior crossbite with fixed appliance and blocking up posterior teeth has excellence of short treatment time and do not need patient's cooperation.
目的：探讨单侧后牙反牙合髁突前伸运动轨迹的特征并比较与正常牙合之间的差异。
Objective:To study character mandibular movement tracings during mandibular protrusion in patients with unilateral posterior crossbite and compare the difference with normal occlusion.
结果：单侧后牙反牙合矫正后，面部不对称有明显改善。
Result:After the correction of unilateral crossbite by maxillary expansion, craniofacial asymmetry improved significantly.
