The soluble proteins and esterase isozyme of Trichoderma wild strain T21 and REMI transformed strains T31, T34, T47, T55 were analysed with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
结果表明:转化江团的平均体重增加1.2%;抗车轮虫病能力提高29.4%;耐低氧能力提高27.3%、血清蛋白的PAGE图谱有明显差异;酯酶同工酶谱显著不同,LDH和酯酶的染色活性远大于对照。
The results showed that the average body weight of transformed LLG increased by 1.2%, the ability against Trichodina disease and low oxygen increased by 29.4% and 27.3%, respectively.
