变形网格法(strain net method)是一种从应变量换算应力分布的构造模拟方法。先在模型表面印划出形态规则的小网格(格子可为方形、矩形或三角形),用比长仪或读数显微镜精确量度网格坐标的零载荷尺寸。然后对模型施加载荷,再对网格的坐标进行量度,用两次量度之差求出线应变或角应变,并根据相应的应力、应变关系,结合杨氏模量和泊松比求出应力分布。如用弹性的明胶模型等作变形网格实验,可采用三向虎克定律计算各点的应力状态。
