变应原免疫治疗（allergen immunotherapy），是一种脱敏治疗方法。即给已致敏个体反复注射小剂量致敏原，耗竭其体内效应物质和/或刺激封闭性IgG抗体产生。常用于治疗IgE介导的I型超敏反应。
