方法：对31例单侧完全性唇腭裂婴幼儿进行术前鼻-牙槽骨塑形及同期唇-鼻-牙槽骨整复术。
METHODS: 31 cases with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate underwent early simultaneous lip-nose-alveolar repair following presurgical nasoalveolar molding.
方法临床选择16～24岁，单侧完全性唇腭裂病例6例，已行唇腭裂修补术，严重上颌发育不足的患者。
Method Six cases with unilateral complete cleft palate and severe constricted maxilla (age from 16 to 24 years old)were selected, who have been repaired cleft lip and palate previously.
结果（1）单侧完全性唇腭裂术后患者中出现上下颌牙弓宽度不调的比率为6 0 .4 % ，双侧后牙反为33.3% ，单侧后牙反为16 .7%。
Results (1)Dental arch transverse discrepancy was seen in 60.4% , bilateral posterior crossbite in 33.3% , and unilateral posterior crossbite in 16.7% of patients with UCLP, respectively .
