副学士(Associate's Degree)，是一种源自美国和加拿大的学位等级。副学士学位与高级文凭在性质上有很多地方相似，但一般来说，副学士学位课程涵盖较多通识教育科目，而高级文凭和专业文凭则较注重专业知识。
