若任何会员在会费到期后两个月时间内未向学会交纳应交款项，本学会将立即暂停其会员特权和权利，并向其发出一份要求尽快付款的书面通知。
You will be immediately suspended if you do not pay the fees to the society for two months against the due date. And the society will inform you of prompt payment that day in writing.
该保证金使用期限为本协议有效期限延长6个月，到期后，甲方将《付款保函》退还给为乙方开具《付款保函》的银行注销。
