分子信标探针(Molecular beacons probe) 可形成发夹结构的寡核苷酸探针,5′末端标记荧光素(EDANS),3′末端标记淬灭剂(DABCYL),探针噜扑环与目的DNA 碱基互补,噜扑环两侧为与目的DNA 无关的碱基互补的臂。当探针与靶序列相连,淬灭基团与报告基团逐渐远离,遂发出荧光。
