关节肿痛（painful swelling of joint）指关节周围肿胀、潮红、发热和运动受限，是多种疾病的临床表现。主要表现为膝、踝、腕、肘等关节积液、疼痛。根据不同的疾病，采取不同的治疗方法，应用药物缓解疼痛。
临床以皮肤紫癜，消化道症状，关节肿痛及肾损害表现为主。
