结论光损伤后rpe细胞黑色素含量减少，光感受器细胞功能下降，提示黑色素对光损伤可能有保护作用。
Conclusions After the light illumination, the melanin of RPE cells reduces and the function of photoreceptors decreases, which suggests that melanin may play an protective role in the light injury.
