【概述】 先天性胃壁肌层缺损(Congenital defects of gastric musculature)较少见，常在发生胃穿孔后才就诊，大多于生后3～5天即发生穿孔，主要见于新生儿早期，且多发生于早产儿。 【病因】 为先天性发育缺陷，与胚胎发育障碍有关。在胚胎发育过程中，胃壁环形肌发育较早，起始于食管下端，渐次向胃底大弯发展。胚胎第9周时，始出现斜形肌，随后出现纵行肌。在发育过程中如有停顿，即可形成胃壁肌层缺损。出生前后窒息而致局部缺血，胃壁血运障碍，使粘膜肌层受损，或因胃酸过度增高
