供给管理是由宏观管理部门采取措施，提高国内生产部门的生产能力，增加供给，以满足一定生产力水平下社会对商品和劳务的需求。供给管理包括两种政策手段：①提高生产要素 (资本、劳动力和土地)的使用效率，并在竞争性部门之间进行资源的有效分配，以提高近期产出量。②促进国内储蓄和投资，提高教育水平，鼓励技术革新，以提高长期的产出增长率。与此相关的政策包括鼓励外资流入。但供给管理调节速度慢，微调效果差。
