柯银斌，1963年2目生，湖 北省广济县人。1982年毕业 于大连工学院应用数学系。 1993年获律师资格证书。 1982～1988年先后在报刊杂 志上发表软科学方面的论 文30多篇。1996年与康荣 平台著《中国企业的跨国 经营》，1998年与康荣平 共同主持《中华工商时报》 的“中国企业评论”专栏、 《国际商报》的“国际企 业评论”专栏。1999年与 康荣平共同主持《企业改 革与管理》杂志的“多元 化经营”栏目。
