是“自营出口”的对称。出口企业接受其他企业的委托代为办理出口的一种贸易方式。代理出口必须事先签订代理出口协议。受托企业与外商签订出口合同，代为报关出口，代为办理外汇结算等服务，受托企业只向委托企业收取一定的手续费，不负担出口产品的盈亏。由委托企业申报出口退（免）税。
根据调查，代理出口（ yiwu export agent）一般占一个地区或一个公司出口总值的5％以下，很少能超过10％，并且这一比重在近几年中不仅没有上升，反而普遍呈现下降的趋势。
