人类环境会议又称“联合国人类环境会议或斯德哥尔摩人类环境会议”。是在瑞典首都斯德哥尔摩召开的全球性的第一次综合性环境保护会议。通过了以下文件和建议：（1)包括7个共同观点和26条原则的《联合国人类环境宣言》（2)包括109项建议的《人类环境行动计划》；（3)建议在联合国系统内建立管理人类环境的组织机构（即现在的“联合国环境规划署）；③确定每年6月5日为世界环境日。中国为参加、资助国和各种文件的签字国。
