目的：研究葡萄籽中原花青素(PA)对大鼠离体主动脉平滑肌收缩活动和兔血小板聚集的影响。
Aim: To study effects of proanthocyanidins (PA) on contractile activity of isolated aortic smooth muscle in rats and rabbit platelet aggregation.
结果：高胆固醇饮食对照组小鼠主动脉内皮及中膜平滑肌损伤严重，而运动组病变轻微。
Results:The endothelium and smooth muscle of aorta of group of hyper cholesterol diet were damaged severely, while the aorta of control group were only damaged slightly.
