中间葡萄膜炎（IU）是指睫状体平坦部、玻璃体基底部、周边视网膜和脉络膜的炎症性和增殖性疾病。又称周边葡萄膜炎、睫状体平坦部葡萄膜炎。本病青少年多见，一般为双眼发病，病程较长，典型地表现为睫状体平坦部雪堤样病变。
目的观察中间葡萄膜炎的临床表现、并发症和治疗效果。
Objective To observe the clinical features, the complications and treatment effects of intermediate uveitis.
方法用OCT检测中间葡萄膜炎合并黄斑病变患者17例33只眼并进行资料分析。
