中药外治疗法的分支。中药熏蒸疗法又称为中药蒸煮疗法、中药汽浴疗、药透疗法、热雾疗法等。在一些少数民族地区，被称为“烘雅”。中药熏蒸是以热药蒸汽为治疗因子的化学、物理综合疗法。这种方法最早用于临床的自先秦就有记载，后世不乏其术。到清代，中药熏蒸趋于成熟。新中国成立后，随着科学技术的日新月异，中药熏蒸无论是理论还是实践均有相应发展，逐渐泛用于休闲保健、康复疗养和临床治疗精神疾病等诸多方面。
