中药复方是指由两味或两味以上药味组成，有相对规定性的加工方法和使用方法，针对相对确定的病证而设的方剂，是中医方剂的主体组成部分。中药复方是指在辨证审因决定治法以后，选择合适的药物酌定用量，按照组成原则妥善配伍而成的一组药物。其所含化学成分复杂、药理作用具有多靶点多层次的特点，而且干扰因素众多，因此中药复方药理的研究难度颇大。
