中分化是指癌细胞的分化程度。 分化程度越高越接近正常细胞，恶性程度越低。 反之则越接近原始细胞，恶性程度越高。 腺癌为涎腺上皮发生的恶性肿瘤，腺癌占涎腺上皮性肿瘤的9%，属于涎腺恶性肿瘤中恶性程度较高的一种。
