OBJECTIVE To study the dissolution profile of phosphate tetramethylpyrazine sustained release pellets coated with Eudragit pseudolatex.
结果表明：甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯（GMA）含量为15%，胺化开环量为50%，中和度为80%时，树脂的水溶性及水分散体系稳定性均良好。
The results show that water solubility and water dispersion stability are excellent when the mass fraction of GMA is 15%, the amination ring-open is 50% and neutralization is 80%.
