本协议任一部分的无效、非法或不可执行性不应致使协议其余部分无效。
The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any part of this Agreement shall not render invalid the remainder of this Agreement.
可分割性。如有条款被认为是不合法或者不可执行的，剩余的条款依旧有效。
Severability. If any provision herein is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions herein will remain in effect.
