上海长江大桥（Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge）是中国上海市崇明区境内的跨海大桥，位于长江入海口之上，是上海崇明越江通道重要组成部分之一。 上海长江大桥于2004年12月28日动工兴建； 于2008年6月27日完成合龙工程，大桥全线贯通； 于2008年11月8日全桥竣工； 于2009年10月31日通车运营。 上海长江大桥东起上海市崇明岛，上跨长江口水道，北至长兴岛；线路长16.63千米，跨江正桥长9.97千米，桥面为双向六车道高速公路，设计速度100千米/小时。
