三氧化二锑（化学式：Sb2O3）是一种无机化合物。天然产物称锑华，俗称锑白，白色结晶性粉末。熔点655℃。沸点1550℃。溶于氢氧化钠溶液、热酒石酸溶液、酒石酸氢盐溶液和硫化钠溶液，微溶于水370±37 µg/L、稀硝酸和稀硫酸。有致癌可能性。制备方法有干法和湿法两种，主要用于白色颜料、油漆和塑料，可以起颜料和阻燃的作用。 2017年10月27日，世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构公布的致癌物清单初步整理参考，三氧化锑在2B类致癌物清单中。
