三光气，又称固体光气，化学名称为碳酸三氯甲基酯，双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯，三光气为白色晶体，类似光气的气味。稳定性较强，在沸点时仅有少量分解，生成氯甲酸三氯甲酯和光气。
