邮政用品是指国家邮政部门发行的有预印邮票图案或印有表明邮政资费字样的邮资信封、邮资邮简、邮资明信片和邮资包封纸等各类邮政物品，还包括带邮资图案或铭文的邮政资费收据、信件包裹邮寄凭证、邮政汇单和其他单式。
第九条任何单位或者个人不得伪造或者冒用邮政专用标志、邮政标志服和邮政专用品。
Article 9. No unit or individual shall produce false copies or make fraudulent use of special postal marks, postal uniforms and special postal articles.
邮政专用品：指邮政日戳、邮政夹钳和邮袋。
