玻璃艺术馆坐落于河北省承德市高新技术产业开发区西区9号，由中国轻工工艺品进出口商会和承德市人民政府合办，是目前中国最大的一家汇集玻璃艺术、琉璃艺术及历朝历代玻璃进贡品等展览品的综合性玻璃艺术博物馆，玻璃艺术馆，2004年投资建馆，原名承德华富玻璃艺术馆，现正在申报国家旅游景区a级景点；2008年11月正式由中国轻工工艺品进出口商会和承德市人民政府联合挂牌合办。
回顾展的部分展品就来自该玻璃艺术博物馆，以前从未展出过。还有部分珍品来自私人收藏。
