针灸学术语，这里所谓的气指经气而言，即针下的得气感应。气至病所是指通过一定的手法，使这种针刺感应向着病所方向扩延和传布，最终达到病变部位。它是行气的主要目的，是得气的最高表现，可以使针下之气到达病变部位，从而调整阴阳之平衡，获得更好的临床疗效。
方法：将12 0例臀上皮神经损伤病例随机分成“气至病所”针法组与常规针法组进行对照观察。
