橘柚,树姿开张,树势较强。果实扁圆形,紧实,果梗部略呈球形,果顶部平坦,果皮橙黄色,果面不太光滑,剥皮略难,同胡柚相近,带有橙香味,单果重300克左右、少核。果肉橙色,肉质柔软,固形物含量12.5%以上,含酸量0.5%以下。11月下旬成熟,采果时风味甜、适口,且很耐贮藏,贮至次年5月底不变味
