杉叶子（1928年10月28日-2019年5月15日 ），出生于东京都，日本女演员。 1945年，毕业于位于上海的第二日本高等女子学校。1949年，出演爱情片《青色山峦》。1959年，作为红组的应援嘉宾出演第十届日本NHK红白歌会。1961年，杉叶子同美国人结婚后从艺能界隐退，赴美生活。 2017年，重新回到日本。2019年5月15日，杉叶子因结肠癌在东京都去世，享年90岁。
