双核菌丝 Multinucleatedmycelium 双核菌丝是两条可亲和的单核菌丝的单核细胞进行质配后，使每个细胞有2个异核，此2核不进行核配，而常常进行直接分裂。延续形成双核菌丝。这种双核菌丝才能产生子实体。双核菌丝体与单核菌丝体相比，它在基质上生长速度快，粗壮强健，分支繁茂。我们制作食用菌生产的菌种，多系双核菌丝。
