关仁山，男，满族，1963年2月生于河北唐山丰南县，当代文学家，中国作家协会会员，河北省作家协会主席，创作室主任，与作家何申、谈歌被文坛称做河北“三驾马车”之一。1981年昌黎师范学校毕业后当过教师、乡文化站长和县政府秘书。1984年开始文学创作并发表作品。2013年6月21日，《光明日报》第1版发表关仁山撰写的《我以文学追梦》
