Objective:To summarize the modified incision of endonasal mucosa pituitary adenoma by transsphenoidal approach.

Methods:The unilateral incision of endonasal mucosa by transsphenoidal approach was performed in 86 cases with pituitary adenomas.
方法：对86例垂体腺瘤采用单侧鼻中隔黏膜切口经蝶显微手术。 结果：本组病例全切除加次全切除率达100%。
