In El Nio years,equatorial middle-east Pacific SST rises,the West Pacific Warm Pool(WPWP) SST drops,the West Pacific Sub-High strengthens,and its abnormal anti-cyclone circulation dominates over the South China Sea(SCS). The temperature rises and the southwesterly strengthens at lower troposphere over SCS.
