Metal and nylon materials used as stabilizer have not met the demands of stabilizer with conditions of oil production becoming severe. In this paper, Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) used as matrix was reinforced with nano-MMT and Ekonol respectively.
扶正器的使用是减缓管杆偏磨的有效途径之一,但随着采油条件的苛刻,常规所用的金属扶正器和尼龙扶正器已经不能满足使用要求,本文选用超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)为基体材料,纳米蒙脱石和聚苯酯为填料,分别增强UHMWPE,研究了一种高耐磨的新型扶正器材料。
