Results After 12 months’ trimetazidine therapy,there was significant increase in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular ejection time(LVET),cardiac output index(CI),stroke volume(SV),acceleration index(ACI) and left cardiac work index(LCWI),but significant decline in pre-ejection period(PEP) and the plasma BNP level.
