By developing partnerships with higher education institutions we have been able to assist our teachers in earningadvanceddegrees and in providing exemplary professional development opportunities.
Findings indicate that both higher-earning women as well as those with more advanceddegrees are more likely to become self-employed, especially in the finance, education and health sectors.
