Williams was playing non-league football at Hednesford six years ago, having been rejected by West Brom at 16, and he worked as a waiter and at DraytonManor theme park in the Midlands while playing part-time football.
In May theme park enthusiasts will be able to try the first "wet knuckle" ride at DraytonManor, Tamworth, Staffordshire, with the launch of Stormforce 10, named after the RNLI junior membership scheme.
