The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences (AAHS) recently honored Destileria Serralles, maker of DonQ Grand Anejo Rum, with the prestigious 5 Star Diamond Award.
Being upwind of Ponce, the fourth most populous city in Puerto Rico, the stench from the wastewater was causing problems with neighboring communities, and DonQ needed to do something about it.
