As the dispute mainly concerns "inappropriate sales activities" and there are different views on whether arbitration featuring a documentary trial should be used for the dispute, after careful deliberation and discussion, we consider that "documentary trials" remain applicable to certain appropriate cases such as cases in which only a few matters are in dispute or the number of issues has been reduced at the mediation stage.
