The invention discloses a radio frequency-assisted method for extracting ganoderma lucidum fruitbody polysaccharide. The method comprises the following procedures: crushing ganoderma lucidum fruitbodies and sieving; adding water to ganoderma lucidum powder in a glass container; soaking at room temperature for more than 60min; putting the glass container between two pole plates of a radio frequency heater, controlling the temperature by an optical fiber temperature sensor, and extracting at design radio frequency power, extraction time and temperature; filtering extracting solution and condensing with a rotary evaporator to 1/3 volume; adding absolute ethyl alcohol till the final volume of ethanol is 75%, keeping standing in a refrigerator with the temperature of 4 DEG C for 12h for alcohol precipitation; centrifuging alcohol precipitated solution at 5000rpm for 10min, discarding supernatant, collecting floc, washing with the absolute ethyl alcohol for twice, drying in vacuum at the temperature of 50 DEG C to constant weight to obtain crude polysaccharide, redissolving the crude polysaccharide in the water, and determining content of soluble polysaccharide by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The method has the advantages of using water and ethanol medium only, simple process and no pollution, 2-8min radio frequency extraction, shorter extraction time, and improved extraction efficiency.
